- Execution ratio: 100:51.19  (shareholders owning 10000 shares will receive 5,119 additionally issued share).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: Shareholder A owns 179 shares, the number of shares that shareholder will receive is (179 x 51.19) : 100 = 91.63 shares. According to the rounding principle as above, the number of new shares that shareholder A will receive is 91 shares, the fractional shares (0.63 shares) will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders complete procedures to receive shares issued to increase equity capital from owners' equity at the Head Office of Viet A Commercial Joint Stock Bank during working hours from Monday to Friday (morning from 9:00 - 11:30, afternoon from 14:00 - 16:30) and ID cards have to be presented, at the address: Viet A Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Board of Directors Office, at Floor 4 and 5, Samsora Premier Building, No. 105 Chu Van An, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi City.
