Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 77/2025/CV-RHG dated 25/7/2025 of R&H Group Joint Stock Company (bond code RHG12102), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) announces the change of the payment date of bond interest for the 14th period (record date: 13/6/2025, payment date: 30/06/2025) as follows:

Reason for adjustment: Due to difficult business situation, the Issuer has not been able to arrange funds to pay the 14th interest payment of bond RHG12102 on 30/7/2025.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited RHG12102 bonds at DMs.
