2. Share Issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity
- Execution rate: 10:2 (shareholders are entitled to receive 2 new shares for every 10 shares they own)
- Planned number of shares being issued: 30,591,936 shares
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares: The number of shares for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: shareholder A owns 189 shares, according to the issuance ratio of 10:2 (ie 20%), shareholder A will receive 189 x 20% = 37.8 shares. According to the rounding down principle, shareholder A will receive 37 shares. The fractional part of 0.8 shares will be canceled and not issued.
