Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1.Payment of stock dividend from MB's undistributed accumulated profits in 2024
- Execution rate: 32%/share (Shareholders are entitled to receive 32 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares, undistributed shares: The number of shares issued according to the distribution ratio for each shareholder is calculated as an integer, the decimal part will not be rounded up to 1 share. The fractional shares and undistributed shares (if any) will be transferred to the MB Trade Union for management and usage, distribution/redistribution as approved by the Board of directors.
- Example: Shareholder A who owns 2,345 shares is entitled to receive (2,345 x 32):100 = 750.4 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder will receive 750 new shares
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at MB Securities JSC, level 7, no.21 Cat Linh, O Cho Dua ward, Hanoi (authorized to manage MB shareholders). Passbooks, identity papers (ID cards/passports...) have to be presented.
2. Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 3%/share (300 VND per share)
- Payment time: 21/08/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, from 21/08/2025. One of the identification papers registered with Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank have to be presented (ID cards,...)
In case holders has registered to pay dividends to the account, the dividend payment will be transferred to the registered account of holders on 21/08/2025.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
