- Execution rate: 20:1 (shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 20 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued  for dividend payment to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number to ensure the number of distributed shares not exceeding the number of issued shares, the  fractional shares (if any) will be removed
For example: on record date, shareholder A owns 123 shares,  he shall be entitled to (123:100) x 50 = 6.15 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 6 new shares and the fractional share will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance-Accounting department of the Head office. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
