The “prime rate” is determined by the interest rate of regular personal savings deposits with interest paid in Vietnam Dong for a term of 12 months, officially listed on the websites of the average of 4 banks including Vietinbank, BIDV, Vietcombank and Agribank on the date of interest rate determination.
