a) Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 5%/share (500 VND per share)
- Payment time: 15/09/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend via bank transfer or at MIC BOD Office, level 6 21 Cat Linh, O Cho Dua ward, Hanoi on working days from 15/09/2025. ID cards have to be presented
b) Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 100:05 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 5 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares for shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The  fractional shares will be removed.
- Example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 1,989 shares is entitled to receive 99.45 shares (calculated by the formula: ((1.989:100)*5 = 99,45). According to the rounding principle and selling to the Union, shareholder will receive 99 new share and 0.45 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at MIC's Board of Directors office, level 6, 21 Cat Linh, O Cho Dua ward, Hanoi. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
