Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 100:20 (Shareholders are entitled to 20 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued according to the excecution ratio for each shareholder, is calculated as an integer and rounded down to whole number. The decimal part (if any) will be distributed to the Trade Union of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank at a price of 0 VND. For example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 101 MSB shares, then the number of shares shareholder A receives is 101 * 20% = 20.20 (shares). After rounding principle, the actual number of shares that shareholder A receives is 20 shares. The decimal number of shares is 0.20 shares and will be redistributed to the Trade Union of MSB at a price of 0 VND.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the headquarters of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank - MSB Office - 30th Floor, Rox Building, 54A Nguyen Chi Thanh, Lang Ward, Hanoi City on working days of the week.  ID cards and passbooks have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
