+ Execution rate: 100:20 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for 1 share that they own and to buy 20 new shares for every 100 rights).
+ Principal for handling fractional shares and odd shares: The number of additional shares offered for sale that shareholders have the right to buy will be rounded down to the nearest unit, the decimal part (if any) will be cancelled.
+ Principal for handling undistributed shares:
· The number of shares left over due to rounding, the number of shares remaining due to shareholders not registering to buy and the number of shares registered to buy but do no make payment or full payment within the prescribed time, the General Meeting  will authorize the Board of Directors (BOD) to distribute to existing shareholders and other entities with purchase needs, ensuring that the distribution of these shares meets the maximum ownership ratio of foreign investors as prescribed. The General Meeting  authorizes the BOD to develop a plan to distribute these shares to the above entities with the principle that the selling price is not lower than the offering price to existing shareholders. The remaining shares that have not been fully distributed to existing shareholders when offered to other investors will be restricted from transfer for 01 year from the closing date of the offering in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2, Article 42 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020.
·    In case the Board of Directors does not distribute all of these shares, the remaining shares that have not been fully offered for sale will be canceled and the Board of Directors will decide to end the offering.
·    When handling the remaining shares that have not been fully distributed due to shareholders not registering to buy or registering to buy but do no make payment or full payment, the Company commits to comply with the provisions of Article 42 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 on detailed regulations for the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A owns 202 shares and will be entitled to 202 purchase rights. At that time, the number of additional shares offered to shareholder A is as follows: (202 x 20)/100 = 40.4 shares. After rounding down to the whole number, the number of shares that shareholder A is entitled to purchase is 40 shares, the fractional number of shares arising is 0.4 shares and will be cancelled.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 01/10/2025 to 20/10/2025.
+ Existing shareholders whose names are on the list on the record date to exercise the right to purchase additional shares have the right to transfer their right to purchase shares to another party within the prescribed period and can only transfer once (the transferee cannot transfer to a third party). The transferor and transferee shall agree on the transfer price, payment and be responsible for performing the obligations as prescribed in relation to the transfer.
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 01/10/2025 to 22/10/2025.
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at Company Head Office (15th Floor, Harec Building, No. 4 Lang Ha, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi City) or Ho Chi Minh City Branch (9th Floor, Bitexco Nam Long Building, 63A Vo Van Tan, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) on working days
