Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Depository (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

a. Payment of Bond Interest
- Payment rate: 100,000 VND x 7.3% x 365 (days)/365 (days) = 7,300 VND/bond
- The total amount of bond interest actually received by the bond owner will be rounded down to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part is cancelled).
- Payment date: 16/10/2025
b. Payment of bond principal due to bond redemption before maturity
- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 1,537,500 bonds
- Execution rate: 100%
- Redemption price of each bond: VND 100,000/bond
- Payment date: 16/10/2025
- There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer. According to the bond term, the bondholder is obliged to sell back all bonds to the issuer. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
c. Payment place:
+ Bondholders whose securities have been deposited will carry out procedures to receive payment for bond redemption at the depository members (DMs) where they opened the depository accounts.
+ Bondholders whose securities have not been deposited will receive the proceed from Payment of Bond Interest and principal via accounts registered with Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank on 16/10/2025.
