Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce bond registration cancellation of the securities registering institution as follows:

From 30/9/2025, bond code EIP12101, ISIN VN0EIP121014  issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for EIP12101 bonds.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about the registering institution, the bonds and the bondholders at VSDC. Canceling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of the bondholder. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of the bondholder (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
