VIT: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate action processing

Pursuant to the document no. 424/VIT-TCKT dated 25/09/2025 of Viglacera TienSon Joint Stock Company (securities code: VIT) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting, the record date: 03/09/2025 in accordance with Notice no.3035/TB-VSDC dated 15/08/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: The Company changes the record date to match the new date of the 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited VIT shares at DMs.
