Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 100:7 (shareholders are entitled to recieve 7 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: On record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 1,250 shares are entitled to receive (1,250 x 7)/ 100 = 87.5 shares. According to the principle of rounding, shareholder A will receive 87 shares, the 0.5 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at LIZEN Joint Stock Company, 24A Phan Dang Luu, Gia Dinh ward, Hochiminh city. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
