Pursuant to the document no.738/2025/CV_NHLK.GDNV dated 07/11/2025 of  Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (securities code: TPB) on cancellation of the list of bondholders for the 2nd payment of bond interest of TPB12324 bonds (the record date: 03/11/2025, payment date: 01/12/2025), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
- Cancelling the List of bondholders for 2nd Payment of bond interest of TPB12321 bonds (from 01/12/2024 inclusive to 01/12/2025 exclusive), the record date: 03/11/2025.
Reason:  TPB has redeemed all TPB12324 bonds on 31/10/2025 (before the maturity date) and is responsible for fully paying the bond redemption amount to bondholders.
