Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 202 bonds
- Execution rate: redemption of 100% of outstanding bonds
- Redemption price of each bond: VND 1,057,800,000/ bond, in which:
+ Principal of 1 bond: 1,000,000,000 VND/bond and Bond interest is VND 57,800,000/bond
+ The redemption price of each bond is calculated by the formula equal to 100% of the bond's face value + interest (from 26/12/2024 inclusive to 26/12/2025 exclusive)/bond
+ Bond interest is calculated by the formula: Bond interest  = Total face value of bonds actually held on the record date x 5.78% x Actual number of days for calculating bond interest in that interest payment period/365.
In which: Actual number of days for calculating bond interest in the interest payment period from 26/12/2024 inclusive to 26/12/2025 exclusive is 365 days.
The total amount actually received by bondholders will be rounded up to the whole number (If the first decimal place is greater than or equal to 5, it will be rounded up, if the first is less than 5, the fractional part will be removed).
- There is no deadline to register to sell bonds back to the issuer. The Issuer will exercise the right to redeem the bonds on the redemption Date, bondholders are obliged to sell back all bonds under ownership to the Issuer. All bonds redeemed before maturity will be cancelled.

+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will complete the procedures to receive the proceeds from bond redemption before maturity at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive the receive proceeds from the sale of bonds from 26/12/2025 on working days at BIDV-Ha Thanh Branch.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 16/12/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
