RHG12101: Changing time for the 15th period payment of bond interest

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received document No.116/2025/CV-RHG dated 26/11/2025 from R&H Group Joint Stock Company regarding change of 15th period payment time of bond interest - code RHG12101 (the record date: 20/8/2025). VSDC would like to announce as follows:
- Interest payment date in accordance with the document no.13311/VSDC-ĐKTP.NV dated 06/10/2025 by VSDC: 28/11/2025
- Adjusted payment date: 31/12/2025
- Reason: Due to difficulty in business, the Issuer has not been able to arrange cash for 15th interest payment of RHG12101 bond
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited RHG12101 bonds at DMs.
