Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10%/share (Shareholders are entitled to 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date of shareholders exercising the right to receive dividends in shares, shareholder A owns 115 shares, so the number of new shares that shareholder A receives is (115*10%) = 11.5 shares. According to the rounding principle, handling of fractional shares, 0.5 shares will not be exercised. Shareholder A will receive 11 new shares.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive stock dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at at the Company's headquarters at the address: Floor 2-4, Building B, Kim Van - Kim Lu New Urban Area, Dinh Cong Ward, Hanoi City on weekdays. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
