Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 6.5% (shareholders are entitled to receive 65 new shares for every 1000 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed
For example: At the time of closing the list, if a shareholder holds 100 shares, the number of additional shares received is 6.5 shares, rounded up to 6 shares, the fraction of 0.5 will be canceled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Saigon Bank Address No. 02C Pho Duc Chinh, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City . ID cards/ passports have to be presented.
