+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive dividend at the Accounting and Finance Department of Hai Duong Mineral Exploitation and Processing Joint Stock Company, address: 87 Vu Manh Hung Street, Residential Area No. 2, Nhi Chieu Ward, Hai Phong City (on weekdays from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM) starting from January 21, 2026. ID cards have to be presented.
