RHG12102: Changing the time for the 16th payment of bond interest

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received document no. 137/2025/CV-RHG dated 23/12/2025 of R&H Group Joint Stock Company on changing the time of the 16th interest payment for RHG12102 bond (record date: 12/12/2025, payment date: 29/12/2025), VSDC would like to announce as follows:
- The payment date in accordance with document no.14346/TB-VSDC dated 02/12/2025 by VSDC: 29/12/2025.
- Adjusted payment date: 30/01/2026
- Reason: Due to difficult business conditions, the Issuer has not been able to arrange the funds for the 16th interest payment of RHG12102 bond.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited RHG12102 bonds at DMs.
- The payment date in accordance with document no.14346/TB-VSDC dated 02/12/2025 by VSDC: 29/12/2025.
- Adjusted payment date: 30/01/2026
- Reason: Due to difficult business conditions, the Issuer has not been able to arrange the funds for the 16th interest payment of RHG12102 bond.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited RHG12102 bonds at DMs.
