The bonds of  BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company are centrally registered at VSDC in accordance with the provisions of prevailing laws. Registration of bonds at VSDC does not imply that the bonds of  BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company are eligible for being listed on the Stock Exchange.
BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company and institutions, individuals participating in the process of preparing documents and dossiers for bond registration have to be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfullness and completeness of the dossiers; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of documents and dossiers have to be responsible before the law within the scope related to those documents and dossiers in accordance with the provisions of prevailing laws.
