- Execution rate:
+ For common shares: 1 share - 1 voting right
+ For dividend preferred shares: no voting
- Meeting time: 4/2026 tentatively, specific time will be announced
- Meeting venue: in Vietnam, specific venue will be announced
- Meeting agenda: Approval of issues within the authority of the Annual General Meeting and other issues within the authority of the General Meeting, details will be announced later
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
