1. Payment of Bond Interest

+ Bond interest is calculated according to formula: 100,000,000 (VND) * 9.5% * 90 (days)/365 (days), rounded to 3 dp
+ The total amount of bond interest actually received by the bondholder is rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal is equal to or greater than 5, the amount is rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5 then the fractional part is removed).

+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond interest at Xuan Thanh Cement Joint Stock Company, Address: Bong Lang village, Thanh Lam commune, Ninh Binh province, 8am - 5pm on 23/3/2026. ID cards or Power of attorney have to be presented.
2.  Bond redemption before maturity
- Number of securities to be redeemed: 185 bonds
- Execution rate: The number of redeemed bonds/the number of bonds held by investors: 185/10,441
- Price of bond redemption: 100,000,000 VND/bond
- Payment date: 23/03/2026.
- Principle of rounding: for fractional bonds (if any) upon exercising the right, to ensure that the number of redeemed bonds does not exceed the maximum number of bonds for offering, the number of bonds sold will be rounded down to the whole number.
For example: In case investor owns 1,000 bonds, he/she is entitled to sell 1,000*185/10,441 = 17.719 bonds. According to principle of rounding, he/she can sell 17 bonds.
There is not deadline to register to sell bonds back to the issuer because this is a case where the issuer finalize the list of bondholders registered at VSDC, investors do not register to exercise the right to sell back bonds through VSDC. All bonds redeemed before maturity will be cancelled.

+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will make bond redemption procedures at Xuan Thanh Cement Joint Stock Company, Address: Bong Lang village, Thanh Lam commune, Ninh Binh province, 8am - 5pm on 23/3/2026. ID cards or Power of attorney have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 17/03/2026.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
