- Meeting agenda:
+ Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD) (including independent BOD members), the Supervisory Board on 2025 activities;
+ 2025 audited financial statements;
+ Report on 2025 business result and 2026 business targets;
+ 2025 profit distribution, earnings reserved for fund establishment and dividend payment;
+ 2025 Remuneration for the BOD, SB and 2026 plan;
+ Selection of an auditing company for 2026 financial statements
+ Amending and supplementing the Company Charter;
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
