For clarity, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to two decimal places. + “Reference banks” include: Agribank, Vietinbank, BIDV and Vietcombank.

Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
