At the date of interest rate determination, the bond's interest rate for each interest payment period is determined according to the following formula: Interest rate = Reference interest rate + margin of 0.9%/year In which: + "Reference interest rate reference", for each interest payment period, is the average interest rate (interest rate or interest rate ceiling if interest rate is not announced) of personal savings deposits in Vietnam Dong, paid in arrears applicable to the term 12 months announced on the official websites of the four reference banks at the interest rate determination date of that interest payment period. For clarity, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to two decimal places. + Reference banks include: Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Hanoi area and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam Male. If the issuer does not redeem the bond on the date of exercising the right to redeem, the bond interest rate applicable for the 6th interest period until the bond matures will be equal to the reference interest rate + margin of 2.57 %/year.
