On the date of interest rate determination, bond's interest rate for each interest payment period is determined according to the following formula: + Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 0.4%/year + "Reference interest rate" , for each interest payment period, means the average of interest rates (the interest rate or interest rate ceiling if no interest rate is announced) of personal savings in Vietnam Dong, post paid applicable to 12-month term announced on the official websites of 04 reference banks at the interest rate determination date of that interest payment period. For clarification, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to two decimal places. + “Reference bank” includes Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Hanoi, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam. In case the Issuer does not redeem bond on the date of exercising redemption right, the bond interest rate applicable for the 6th interest period until bond maturity will be equal to the reference interest rate + 5.4%/year

From 26/03/2026, bond code  BID12314, ISIN VN0BID123140 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for BID12314 bonds. 
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
