On the date of interest rate determination, the bond's interest rate for each interest payment period is determined according to the following formula: Interest rate = Reference interest rate + margin of 0.9%/year, in which: + "Interest rate reference", for each interest payment period, is the average interest rate (the interest rate or interest rate ceiling if the interest rate is not announced) of personal savings deposits in Vietnam Dong, paid in arrears applicable to 12-month term announced on the official websites of 04 reference banks at the interest rate determination date of that interest payment period. For clarity, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to two decimal places. + Reference banks include: Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Hanoi City and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam Nam – Operation Center Branch. If the issuer does not redeem the bond on the date of exercising the right to redeem, the bond interest rate applicable for the 6th interest period until the bond matures will be equal to the reference interest rate + margin of 2.57 %/year.

From 06/4/2026, bond code BID12151, ISIN VN0BID121516 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for BID12151 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited BID12151 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited BID12151 bonds from investors' accounts on 06/4/2026 and inform related investors accordingly.
When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
