PGD: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for corporate action processing

Pursuant to the document no.06/TB-KTA dated 02/04/2026 of PetroVietNam Low Pressure Gas Distribution joint stock Company (securities code: PGD) regarding cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend 2026 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2026 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 25/03/2026 in accordance with Notice no.406/TB-CNVSDC by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: Postponing 2026 Annual general meeting in accordance with the Resolution no.18/NQ-HĐQT/2026 by the Board of Directors dated 02/04/2026 because the Securities registering institution needs more time to better prepare the organization of 2026 Annual general meeting.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2026 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 25/03/2026 in accordance with Notice no.406/TB-CNVSDC by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: Postponing 2026 Annual general meeting in accordance with the Resolution no.18/NQ-HĐQT/2026 by the Board of Directors dated 02/04/2026 because the Securities registering institution needs more time to better prepare the organization of 2026 Annual general meeting.
