Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 17.5%/share (1,750 VND per share). 
+ Residual Payment of 2025 cash dividend: 5%/share (500 VND per share). 
+ 1st Advance Payment of 2026 Cash Dividend: 12.5%/share (1,250 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 24/06/2026.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Tan Binh Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation, 325 Ly Thuong Kiet, Tan Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City on working days (except saturdays, sundays) from 24/06/2026. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
