+ Proposal for 2025 profit distribution and dividend plan.
+ Proposal for 2025 remuneration for the BOD and SB and 2026 estimated remuneration.
+ Proposal for selecting an auditing company for 2026 financial statements.
+ Proposal for raising charter capital
+ Other relevant issues

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
