- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: on the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 141 shares. Then, the shareholder will receive 16.92 shares (=141x12%). According to the above principle, the number of shares that Shareholder A actually receives is 16 shares. the 0.92 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bonus shares at Bao Minh Securities Joint Stock Company (3rd Floor, Pax Sky Building, No. 34A Pham Ngoc Thach, Xuan Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City). ID cards have to be presented.
