- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: On the record date for the issuance of shares to pay dividends, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 12 shares. According to the exercise ratio, shareholder Nguyen Van A will receive (12 x 1/10) = 1.2 shares, with the fraction of 0.2 shares cancelled by the Company. Therefore, in reality, shareholder Nguyen Van A will receive 1 new share.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive dividend at

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
