+ The number of Board of Directors members for the remaining term of 2023 – 2027 is 5 members;
+ Electing 2 additional members to replace the Board of Directors for the remaining time of 2023 – 2027 term;
+ Other issuers within the authority of the General Meeting  in accordance with the Company's Charter. Detailed content will be posted on the Company's website and in the invitation letter and  document sent to shareholders.
