Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares additional issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 169 shares as of the record date. With an exercise ratio of 10:1, shareholder A is entitled to receive (169/10)*1 = 16.9 new shares. According to the calculation above, shareholder A will receive an additional 16 new shares. The decimal portion of 0.90 shares will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited:The owner completes the procedures to receive dividends The Accounting and Finance Department of Southern Battery Joint Stock Company (321 Tran Hung Dao Street, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) specifically states:
* For individual shareholders: when receiving stock dividends, ID cards and Ownership Certificate/Book have to be presented .

* In case of authorization: the authorized person's CCCD and a valid power of attorney, and a notarized copy of the Share Ownership Certificate/Book.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company  and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
