- Payment rate: 5%/share (500 VND per share).

Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedure to receive dividend at Song Da Consulting Joint Stock Company, Address: House G9, No. 495 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Liet Ward, Hanoi City (on weekdays) starting from October 30, 2026, citizen identification card/ID cards have to be presented.
2. Share issuance due to raising share capital from owner's equity
- Execution rate: 100:16 (Shareholders who own 100 shares are entitled to 16 new shares)
- Rounding method, handling of fractional shares: The number of shares issued to each shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. Fractional shares (the decimal portion) will be cancelled and not issued.
Example: Shareholder A owns 114 shares on the record date. With an exercise ratio of 100:16, shareholder A is entitled to receive 114 x 16/100 = 18.24 shares. According to the rounding-down principle, shareholder A is entitled to receive 18 shares. The fractional share of 0.24 will be cancelled and not issued.
