Following the notice No. 2060/TB-VSDC dated 12/05/2026 regarding the record date for exercising warrants, VSDC would like to announce cancellation of finalizing the list of covered warrants owners as follows:

Pursuant to the official correspondence of Phu Hung Securities Corporation on out-of-the-money covered warrants, VSDC would like to announce cancellation of finalizing the list of covered warrants owners as announced in the Notice No. 2060/TB-VSDC.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited CHPG2530 covered warrants accordingly.
