Regarding the exercise of the right to pay interest on the 5th installment of the bond issued by Thien Ha - Bang Duong Construction Investment Co., Ltd., bond code TBA12301 (Record date: 12/6/2026, Payment date: 29/6/2026), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation - Ho Chi Minh City Branch (CNVSDC) would like to announce the following:
As of 5 PM on 25/6/2026 (the date the securities registering institution transferred the funds), VSDC branch has not yet received the bond interest payment or any explanation for the delay in transferring funds from Thien Ha - Bang Duong Construction Investment Co., Ltd. Therefore, CNVSDC will notify its Members of the payment schedule for the 5th installment of the bond with bond code TBA12401 after receiving a notification from Thien Ha - Bang Duong Construction Investment Co., Ltd.
