The bond interest rate is a combination of floating and fixed interest rates and is determined for each interest calculation period (each 06-month period from the date of issuance). The interest rates for the interest calculation periods are as follows: + The interest rate applied for the first interest calculation period is fixed at 8.3%/year. + The interest rate applied for the following interest calculation periods will be determined by the settlement institution on the interest determination date and is equal to the reference interest rate plus a margin of 3.5%/year. In which: The reference interest rate for each interest calculation period means the interest rate on personal savings deposits in Vietnamese Dong (paid in advance, at the end of the term), 24-month term (or equivalent) of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) on the interest determination date of that interest calculation period. For clarity, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to two decimal places.
