The shares under this plan will be subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion in accordance with laws.
Example: on the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 103 shares is entitled to buy 57.2 new shares (103 : 9 x 5 = 57.2). According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will be entitled to buy 57 shares
Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 30th August 2021 to 16th September 2021
+ Rights are transferred once only. Foreign investors are not allowed to receive rights transferred from other shareholders to ensure the maximum ratio of foreign ownership as stipulated by laws.
Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 30th August 2021 to 20th September 2021
+ Subscribed shares are common shares and freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company, level 9, Green Power buiding, no.35 Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Hochiminh and and make payment for share subscription to blockade account.

Schedule for DMs to process right issue with VSD is detailed in the attached file.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 AM, 25th August 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
