(shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own,, and to buy 1 new share for every 2 rights).
- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares, unsubscribed shares (if any): The number of fractional shares will be rounded down to the unit, the unsubscribed shares and arising fractional shares (if nay) shall be authorized to the Board of Directors to decide parties to allocate, relevant criteria, allocating method, offering price ( that should be equal or more than 12,000 VND/share)  
 Example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 123 shall be entitled to buy 49 new shares at the price of 12,000 VND/share (123*1/2.5 = 49.2). the 0.2 fractional shares or the unscribed shares (by Shareholder A if any among 49 entitled shares) shall be decided by the Board of Directors to offer to other parties at the price that is equal or more than 12,000 VND/share.

+ Right can be transferred once only.
- Regulations on subscribed shares:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 28^th December 2021 to 14^th February 2022.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will execute right transter, make subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will execute right transter, make subscription and payment at Agimexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, no.27 Nguyen Thai Hoc, My Binh ward, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province on working days.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 22^nd December 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
