Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce securities registration cancellation of the issuer as follows:

From 14 March 2013, security code VFMVFA, ISIN VN000VFMVFA5 issued by VSD will become invalid and VSD will not provide registration, depository, clearing and settlement services for VFMVFA fund certificates.

VSD will automatically withdraw all deposited VFMVF fund certificates on the valid date of cancellation.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited VFMVFA fund certificates from investor accounts and ask their clients to contact the issuer to receive passbooks.
