(Effective date of code allocation: 22nd March 2017; effective date of code cancellation: 27th April 2017)
- Planned quantity of issued shares: 14.400.000 shares
- Issue price: 10,000 VND/share
- Execution rate: 1:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 1 new share for every right).
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any): the number of shares offered to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the unit, the fractional shares (if any) will not be counted. The number of fractional shares and unsubscribed shares will be authorized by the General Meeting to the Board of Directors to other parties or investors at the price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders (not lower than10,000 VND/share). This type of shares will be subject to transfer restriction within one year from the closure of offering.
For example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 1.121 shares are entitled to 1,121 rights. Shareholder A will be entitled to buy 1.121 shares (calculated by the formula: (1.121.x01)/01=1.121).

+ Purchase right can be transferred once only
- Regulations on subscribed shares:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 22nd March 2017 to 24th April 2017.
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at head office of G.Home Textile Investment Joint Stock Company, Dai Phuc Hamlet, Dao Duc Commune, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province.

Schedule for DMs to process right issue with VSD is detailed in the attached file.


Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 3 pm, 9th March 2017.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
