MCC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 09/TB-MCC dated 15th May 2020 of High - Grade Brick -Tile Joint Stock Co. regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 23rd March 2020 as notified by VSD's branch in the Notice no. 296/TB-CNVSD dated 3rd March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the issuer has postponed the 2020 AGM scheduled on 11th April 2020..
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
