1. 2022 Annual General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- meeting time and venue: to be announced in the invitation letters
- Meeting agenda:
+ Approval of report on 2021 production and business results;
+ Report on 2022 production and business orientation;
+ Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD) and the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2021 activities;
+ 2021 audited financial statements;
+ Approval of 2021 dividend payment rate and profit allocation scheme;
+ Approval of selection of an audit firm for 2022 financial statements;
+ Other issues.
Meeting materials will be uploaded on the Company's website www.gachngoicaocap.com 21 days before the Meeting.
2. Payment of 2020 Cash Dividend

- Payment rate: 3.5%/share (350 VND per share)
- Payment time: 22nd April 2022

- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at High - Grade Brick -Tile Joint Stock Co. on working days (Monday ~ Friday) from 22nd April 2022. ID cards, passbooks, valid power of attorney in case of authorization have to be presented.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 8th April 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
