HVB: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 044/2020/CV-TGĐ-ĐT dated 8th May 2020 of Hung Vuong Assurance Corporation regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 23rd March 2020 as notified by VSD's branch in the Notice no.294/TB-CNVSD dated 3rd March 2020).
Reason for cancellation: to ensure the safety, health and rights of shareholders and enhancing the prevention of Covid-19 spread
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 23rd March 2020 as notified by VSD's branch in the Notice no.294/TB-CNVSD dated 3rd March 2020).
