Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce covered warrant registration cancellation of the issuer as follows:

- On 1st June 2021, VSD confirms the list of HVB share owners to cancel registration.
Members are requested to cooperate with VSD to implement the following tasks:
- From 31st May 2021, VSD will not accept lodging, withdrawal and ownership transfer of HVB shares. DMs are kindly request to inform investors accordingly.
- On 2nd June 2021, VSD will create and send the list of HVB deposited share owners (report code CA001) to DMs in the electronic form.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare share holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 3rd June 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed for VSD to send the list of shareholders to issuer. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
- From 7th June 2021, the share code of HVB, ISIN VN000000HVB3 issued by VSD will become invalid and VSD will not accept registration, depository, clearing and settlement of HVB shares. VSD will automatically withdraw all deposited HVB shares on the valid date of registration cancellation. Members are requested to withdraw HVB shares from investors' accounts on 7th June 2021 and inform relevant investors to contact the Issuer to make procedures of issuing Passbook/Certificate of share ownership.
