TH1: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no.81A/2020-TH1-VP dated 12th May 2020 of The Viet Nam Nation General Export - Import Joint Stock Company No.1 regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 6th April 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no.763/TB-VSD dated 11th March 2020.
Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic, the company decided to change the date of 2020 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
