NAS: Cancellation of Record Date for 2020 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 514/NASCO-BTK dated 3rd April 2020 of NoiBai Airport Services Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of record date for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date 7th April 2020 for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting (announced in the Notice no. 988/TB-VSD dated 20th March 2020 of VSD)
Reason: In accordance with the change of the plan to organize 2020 Annual General Meeting to cope with the complicated development of the acute respiratory tract disease Covid - 19 in Vietnam and around the world, to implement the recommendations of WHO, the Ministry of Health and Hanoi People's Committee on restricting mass gatherings.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
