Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 24/05/2024
- Meeting venue: NoiBai Airport Services Joint Stock Company, Noi Bai International Airport, Phu Minh Commune, Soc Son District, Hanoi
- Meeting agenda:

+ Approval of report on 2023 activities by  the Board of Directors;
+ Approval of report on 2023 activities of the Supervisory Board;
+ Approval of 2023 financial statements and profit distribution plan;
+ Approval of 2024 production and business plan;
+ Approval of 2023 remuneration/salary payment rate for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board and 2024 remuneration/salary plan;
+ Approval of contracts and transactions between the Company and related persons of the Company;
+ Approval of the dismissal and election of additional Supervisory Board members whose term expires and members of the Board of Directors (if any);
+ Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
+ Approval of selecting an independent auditing firm to audit 2024 financial statements approved by 2023 Annual general meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 29/04/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
